Bring a problem. I'll figure out how to make the part.
Not everything should be 3D printed — and not everything should be CNC'd or laser cut. Describe the problem and we'll figure out the right method together.
From a broken original or a rough sketch, I design functional parts in CAD and print in engineering-grade materials. Particularly experienced in automotive restoration and fitment work.
Precision cuts and carves in wood, MDF, foam, and soft plastics. Good for panels, trim pieces, brackets, gasket templates, and anything that needs a repeatable flat profile.
Clean cuts and engraving in wood, acrylic, leather, and cardstock. Great for custom badges, decorative trim, inlays, stencils, and short-run identification pieces.
A selection of past projects — most are one-of-a-kind parts made when nothing off-the-shelf would fit.
Tell me what you're trying to do — what broke, what doesn't fit, what you wish existed. Photos and measurements help. A rough sketch on a napkin is fine too.
Not everything calls for the same tool. Together we work out whether printing, routing, laser cutting, or a combination is the right approach for your situation and budget.
I design, test, and deliver something that actually fits. For complex pieces I do multiple iterations — the goal is a part you can use, not just one that looks right on screen.
Not sure if your problem is the right fit? Ask anyway.
I work with individuals, shops, and small businesses on a project basis. Automotive restoration is a specialty, but I'm interested in any well-defined fabrication problem where the right answer isn't sitting on a shelf somewhere.
The best way to start is a photo of what you're working with and a sentence or two about what you need.
